YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a Director, Global Talent Acquisition that leads the company’s talent acquisition function, strategy, and service delivery globally who will report directly to our Chief People Officer. Develops and implements effective, market leading strategies for the attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of high caliber candidates for the company. This leader will oversee a team of recruiters and drive effective hiring practices and processes globally. They will ensure all team members focus on a high-quality candidate experience, consistent with the company’s employer brand and integrated with the strategic vision.
  • Decides on effective division of responsibilities within the team to ensure that recruitment needs are identified and effectively resourced.
  • Build and manage the operational cadence for running the Global Talent Acquisition business, drive accountability, and continuous process improvement; ensure and set standard methodologies.
  • Proactively provides advice to key stakeholders on creative recruitment strategy and process for specific positions.
  • Work with CPO on formulating and assessing broader talent management strategies to ensure that the talent acquisition process is integrated with the onboarding, retention, and development of team members after they join Redwood.
  • Advise on talent strategies, plans and practices to support and achieve the hiring demands of the organization. Leverage key talent pools to develop pipelines of diverse and high-performing candidates.
  • Track, measure and report efficiency and productivity results; leverage data analytics, insights, and economic trends
  • Support the recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting recruiting efforts through social media channels.
  • Act as system owner for relevant systems ensuring that they are designed and maintained.
  • Compiles data and provides analysis of performance metrics and takes action to anticipate changing needs or trends. Identify continuously evolving opportunities to improve.
  • Maintains knowledge of future talent gaps by working closely with leaders and HR Business Partners and builds a strategy to resolve those issues proactively.
  • Ensures the candidate experience is high quality and presents a positive employer brand.
  • Oversees and continuously improves an effective global recruitment process.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Broad ATS experience, preferably Workday

  • Degree or equivalent experience plus in excess of 12 years’ experience in a related role
  • Experience with progressive recruitment processes
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good ‘selling’ qualities (ability to represent Redwood as an outstanding potential employer and to enhance the public image of Redwood as an employer)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires a high sense of urgency.
