Global Production Manager Jobs

NetEase Games is seeking a Global Production Manager to support and manage game development processes for ongoing projects across North America and Europe with NetEase global studios. We are looking for proactive and highly organized individual with strong player/developer empathy and understanding to help our studios with strategic planning and to provide all-around production support.

Responsibilities:

• Work with C-suite leadership and studio management to help build up the game development capability and capacity; understand and help establish the complete game development plans, including financial and resources management.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve the organizational structures, processes, and ways of working to ensure efficiency.
• Drive strategy planning initiatives with stakeholders across multiple game dev shared service functions in the organization, balance priorities and identify solutions to achieve results.

Minimum qualifications:

• Gamer with strong empathy on game players and developers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to support multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game publishing production management is a big plus
• Fluency in another language is a plus but not required
• Ability to conduct fluent business conversation Japanese is a big plus.

Salary Range (USD): $95,000-130,000
