Description:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment supporting the Greenville, SC Talent Acquisition Team in managing day-to-day recruiting operations for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. As the face of Lockheed Martin and a conduit between hiring managers and candidates, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality and professional interactions with the candidate throughout the hiring process. A top priority in this position is to enhance our candidates' experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing requisition audits and closure in the Applicant Tracking System, in support of compliance.
  • Preparing candidates for on-boarding experience at Lockheed Martin, prior to their first day.
  • Organizing and overseeing hiring events such as job fairs, career days, and other recruiting activities, as needed.
  • Providing "post offer accept" candidate support activity.
  • Coordinating candidate interview scheduling and related travel.
  • Other Talent Acquisition projects, as required.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience participating in hiring events.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking applicants in an applicant tracking system.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating hiring and/or interview events.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and scheduling candidate travel, interviews, etc.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience and ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews.
  • Strong decision making and judgment, interpersonal skills, willingness to collaborate, and written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and information
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to hiring leaders and candidates.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $43,100 - $82,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $49,600 - $89,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
