Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition & Development Leader you will oversee the execution of integrated HR operations and lead the alignment of HR strategies to organizational goals. This role reports to the CFO and VP of Finance & Administration.


Position Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute and manage the delivery of all phases of the human resources function including talent acquisition, learning & development, competitive compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employee experience and engagement, performance management, and employment policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop talent for future business needs by maintaining effective organizational programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning
  • Manage the talent acquisition process including pipeline programs for high school summer interns, university cooperative education students and referral programs, recruitment marketing and employment branding.
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for policy development
  • Help lead internal Bayer Becker University a business-focused, efficient, and innovative learning and development program organization-wide to achieve growth of professional staff and desired business goals


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field required
  • 5+ years of broad human resource management experience


Position Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Excellent leadership competencies and organizational skills
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, database software and digital skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and detail-oriented skills
  • Possess high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to apply HR principles and best practices to real-life situations
