Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition & Belonging is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition Team and is accountable for long-range planning to support business goals and diversity and inclusion initiatives. This enthusiastic, hands-on professional will develop and lead the hiring strategy for our future growth by creating strong sourcing avenues to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber talent at all levels of the organization. This position is remote yet has opportunities for travel to our locations. Preference for candidates residing in southern United States.

Ownership
  • You will have the opportunity to demonstrate thought leadership through the creation of proactive strategies establishing sourcing channels, candidate outreach plans, and recruitment processes that result in a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and “Milo’s Makes a Difference” volunteering opportunities.
  • You will work closely with the Vice President of People and Senior Director of Talent and Belonging to deliver reporting, forecasting, and analytics on functional areas to achieve our departmental and organizational Metrics That Matter.
  • Lastly, you will make sure all candidate communications are maintained throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • In this role, you will maintain external relationships with Diverse Professional Organizations (DPOs) and with other organizations to stay abreast of industry trends, new sourcing strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Additionally, you will ensure the presentation of a pre-qualified, diverse slate of candidates for each position, and monitor the pipeline to ensure consistent attraction of a broad and diverse candidate pool from different sources.
  • You will perform interviews to qualify highly complex candidates, and present candidates to the Hiring Manager and TEAm searching for the talent.

  • This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and engagement programming.
  • Prior experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System and executive recruitment highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruiting, externally and internally, and process improvements to drive an engaging hiring experience for the candidate
  • Experience incorporating diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process and implementing sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline.
  • Seven plus (7+) years of progressively responsible professional talent acquisition experience with five (5) years of experience leading a team focused on pipeline creation for talent sourcing and developing employer brand strategies
  • Ability and experience setting a talent acquisition strategy – executing and measuring results through analytics.
  • Deep familiarity with the role to strategically lead and guide our Talent Acquisition team to fill developing staffing needs.
