Job Description
BeiGene continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. This position is responsible for designing and delivering training for all levels of the organization, in a variety of methods including virtual, in-person, and e-learning. This position works closely with other members of the Global Talent Development team, HRBPs, and business leaders to identify needs, design and implement development solutions that support our mission, values, and global competencies. The role requires robust experience analyzing, developing, implementing, and evaluating talent development solutions globally that add value to the business, are pragmatic, and innovative. This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Talent Development. Preferably the person would be in the Eastern time zone.
Essential Duties
  • Explore and introduce innovative Talent Development practices for improved operations and financial excellence.
  • Collaborate with global team members to design talent development solutions including BeiGene University curriculum and other programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and consult with business leaders to understand their business challenges, identify their training needs, and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Conduct and analyze needs assessments.
  • Design and deliver engaging e-learning and microlearning courses for the LMS.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Drive Talent Development communication, advocate learning culture, and promote 70/20/10 philosophy in the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions for all levels in the organization in a variety of methods.

Qualifications
  • Experience with creating content for the LMS. Video production is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum seven years of experience supporting an L&D function.
  • Expertise with Zoom, MS Teams, and other technology platforms to facilitate virtual trainings.
  • Detailed knowledge of adult learning and behavior theories, methodologies, best practices, and trends with extensive experience in personal effectiveness and leadership skill development.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, and influence key stakeholders for Talent Development related initiatives.
  • Proficient at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, VUCA environment.
  • Strong presentation skills; delivering training in an effective and consistent manner.
  • Innovative and open to new ideas.
  • Detail oriented and high attention to quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; collaborative approach to working with others.
Other Qualifications:
  • Must be able to participate in occasional meetings outside of normal business hours to collaborate with our China colleagues and our European colleagues.

Salary Range: $131,700.00 - $176,700.00 annually
BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
