Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Leadership Development Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a Learning and Leadership Development Strategist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective learning and leadership development programs for our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify organizational needs, develop strategic plans, and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive employee growth, engagement, and retention.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with leadership to understand organizational goals, culture, and learning needs to design and implement comprehensive learning and leadership development strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to align learning and development initiatives with talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection, making data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to source and curate relevant learning content and resources, especially from the extensive Coursera content platform.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the organization.
  • Develop and execute learning and leadership development programs, including manager onboarding initiatives, technical and soft skills training, leadership development workshops, and career development plans.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and leadership development roles, preferably in the technology industry or educational sector.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Passion for education, professional development, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of learning programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Compensation


Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $111,000 and $206,000 for all US candidates. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
