Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to create and deliver interactive and engaging programs
• Outstanding facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to create, maintain, and support successful partnerships and promote and foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Ability to work effectively and collegially with colleagues in all roles and at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Learning and development experience is preferred
