- Create motivational, inspiring learning experiences.
- In partnership with the design team, analyze, design, develop, facilitate, evaluate, and improve all training content (ILT, eLearning, guides, presentations, etc.).
- Develop reinforcement strategies for learning and demonstrating ROI.
- Capacity to formulate relevant, memorable curriculums.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.
- Demonstrable executive presence skills.
- Demonstrated success in interacting and influencing across all management levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years leadership experience required.
- 7+ years leadership training experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate, engage, and inspire others.
- Completion of a recognized facilitators program.
- Subject matter expertise in leadership development, including current and future focused trends and research
- Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation by working in a rapidly changing environment.
