Peloton provides Advisory, Consulting, and Managed services with deep functional and technical expertise specializing in serving clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, Professional and Financial Services industries. We are actively seeking a seasoned, self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work as a member of Peloton’s marketing team to further develop and nurture our current customer user base. This position would play a critical role on our marketing team and requires strong leadership and vision to develop, manage, and implement a multi-channel customer engagement and communications strategy.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Execute Customer Engagement and Re-engagement campaigns
  • Create and Maintain a list of Peloton Clients
  • Create regular direct communications to our customer base
  • Assist in Brand Development including social media and website content
  • Deliver weekly customer reference reports and stories
  • Create and integrated nurture and account based marketing programs and campaigns to help build pipeline
  • Through insight survey’s, track trends in customer behaviors, develop actionable insights, and use those insights to navigate changes in strategy and tactics.
  • Establish Client Appreciation program – Gifts, events – in-person & virtual, referrals, and other
Additional Responsibilities Will Include
  • Partnering with sales, practice, and industry leads for IP development and content creation of customer stories
  • Special projects as needed
  • Execution of marketing campaigns – Create emails, schedule multi-touch account based campaigns , maintain mailing lists, and run performance reports
  • Assist in planning and coordination of large conferences and regional events from logistics, promotion, and internal preparation cadence leading up the event
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task and keep pace with fast working environment
  • Eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing or Communications
  • Fluent in Salesforce
  • 7+ years prior Marketing experience in fast paced environment preferably in an agency, consulting or software organization
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to new ideas Dynamic individual who easily connects and collaborates with the broader organization
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate to work in a fast paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
Additional Desired Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with leading CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably with Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua
  • Ability to write high quality executive level communications
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and InDesign a plus
