The Enterprise Regulatory Business Engagement Intern will have the opportunity to lead and participate on a variety of projects that impact the J&J Enterprise Supply Chain. As an Intern you will be part of a team and your responsibilities may vary, from gathering and analyzing information to developing automated reports or preparing presentations. You will work closely with J&J Regulatory Compliance leaders and stakeholders, working across geographies to actively collect stakeholder feedback and business insights to enhance knowledge of existing and new products, technologies and GxP services either currently in use or planned within J&J.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports development of audit risk profiles and questionnaires required for the execution of audits.
• Assists in formulating & implementing ERC audit procedure improvements to be followed by the ERC auditors.
• Supports JJRC base business Enterprise projects and initiatives in the MedTech and Pharmaceutical segments, as required.
• Supports the development of the 2024 business plan and audit schedules.

This Intern position is a combination of virtual and in-person, or fully virtual. In-person locations considered: Jacksonville, FL; Horsham, PA

• Candidate must be a student
• Permanent work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
• Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with individuals and groups at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with with data analytics tools (for example, not required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau)
