Learning And Development Generalist

Manage multiple Learning Management Systems including setting up featured items, creating and managing training boards, presenting data etc.
Partner with other departments and record and document initial training requests to create a high-level storyboard for the Learning Management specialist.
Create and manage training completion data (courses completed, pre-and post-training evaluations) and feedback on instructional effectiveness, etc.
Work with manager to create and launch training surveys designed around specific training needs.
Order supplies, prepare requisitions, process purchase orders, training and tuition reimbursement payment requests, and check requests.
Work with other Learning Specialists to create reference materials, brochures, and other documents needed to support training.
