Overview A Learning and Development Instructor is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees in order to improve their skills and knowledge. They are also responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the training programs and providing feedback to management. Detailed Job Description The Learning and Development Instructor is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees in order to improve their skills and knowledge. They must be able to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials. They must also be able to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and provide feedback to management. The Learning and Development Instructor must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including management, employees, and external vendors. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
