M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education.

Manage the delivery of virtual events and supply required technical advice and instructions.

Track timing and ensure precision deployment of interactive elements: breakout room activities and mural board activities, offering required support

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
