Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Scientist - Analytics and Visualizations for our World Headquarters located in Moline, IL (Hybrid Eligible from Moline or Chicago), you will:

• Stays abreast of the latest appropriate analytical techniques and recommends these where needed.
• Collaborates with business and analytics leaders to generate insights and answer business questions using analytics techniques such as data visualization, predictive modeling, forecasting, etc.
• Works with data sets to provide insights and decision modeling for the business.
• Leads the communication of derived insights, especially through appropriate visualization techniques.

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years of work experience with Data Visualization (Power BI or Tableau)
• 3+ years of work experience with Data Analytics
• 3+ years of work experience with Python or R
• 3+ years of work experience with Data Mining and Data Insights
• 5+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist

What Makes You Stand Out

• 1+ years of work experience with Manufacturing or Operations
• 1+ years of work experience with Human Resources or Labor Relations Data
• 1+ years of work experience supporting multiple countries, divisions, or functions
• 1+ years of work experience with Data Governance

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
