Our client, a luxury grocery store that prides itself on high quality fresh produce, is seeking a new Remote HR Generalist to help support their ever-growing business and lead the HR functions for their Midwest region.
Remote HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Handle new hire onboarding process
• Any other related tasks as needed
• Help create and implement policies and procedures
• Play a key role in all performance management
• Ensure all processes are in compliance
• Oversee all employee relations matters
• Handle benefits enrollment and answer any benefits related questions
• Oversee the full cycle recruiting process

Remote HR Generalist Requirements

• Previous experience acting as the sole HR representative preferred
• Ability to work independently without much direction
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or any other related field required
• Ability to be work efficiently remote
• Have experience leading HR functions in a multi-site and/or regional capacity
