You can clearly and effectively communicate ideas, needs, and issues to peers and management. This includes the communication of requirements, development, progress, new ideas, errors found, etc.

In Glidewell's Summer 2023 Internship Program, you will:

• Be challenged by unconventional thinking
• Gain hands on experience with project(s) that are extremely valuable to the company
• And most importantly, have fun!
• Collaborate with individuals and teams to accomplish department milestones
• Partner with a mentor who will provide guidance and real world education every step of the way

What You're Going to Do:

• Proactively completes and maintains inventory of all assets and hardware per location.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
• Responds to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Provides technical support across the company via in-person, email, chat, or phone.
• Responds to Tier 1 support tickets for applications and/or hardware issues.
• Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Connects to computer desktops for remote support utilizing remote software including but not limited to SCCM Remote Control Viewer, RDP and Team Viewer.
• Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
• Retrieves and repurposes all unutilized assets from production from employee terminations.
• Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary..
• Sets up hardware for new users.

You should have the following:

• Previous experience with desktop or desk side support is a plus.
• Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Previous experience with enterprise applications is a plus.

Pay Range: 23-30/HR; compensation is fixed on year of schooling completed
