Global Sales Manager, Automotive Ai (Adas)

Overview:

Our client is one of the Top 20 global companies leading AI research, and is transforming the automotive industry with their security, monitoring, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) solutions.

Therefore, the ideal candidate for this role will possess experience selling the products above (or similar) directly to Tier 1 OEMs in the automotive space.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Competitive analysis to identify market trends, new business opportunities, and opposing strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop a world-class sales team.
• Design and develop marketing and sales promotions.
• Develop GTM strategies and a business plan that will aggressively drive sales and brand recognition worldwide.
• Work closely with the executive team to set strategic direction for near, medium, and long-term actions.
• Manage key customer relationships to maintain the quality of services and drive new business.
• Represent the company at events and conferences as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous international sales experience preferred.
• Existing networks in the automotive industry, robotics, and AI a huge plus.
• A minimum of 5 years (10+ preferred) of sales management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Strong interest in AI and disruptive technologies.
• Proven track record of selling ADAS or similar products directly to Tier 1 automotive OEMs, and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable engaging and developing relationships at the CXO level.
