Job Summary/Company:
Are you an Executive Assistant looking for your next career opportunity? Then, we have the company for you! Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known non-profit in Washington, DC, searching for C-Suite Support. As an Executive Assistant, you will support the board of directors, C-Suite, and other senior leadership.
Requires Vaccination against COVID-19. Must be able to commute into the District of Columbia 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls or take messages for your supervisor.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, and properly document for all expense reports.
- Greet any customers or visitors and assist them in finding their proper party or meeting.
- Monitor calendar and appointments.
- Create and produce reports, presentations, and monthly briefings.
- Support executive-level directors in daily operations, acting as the point of contact for all external inquiries regarding the director.
Qualifications/Background profile:
- Strong passion for radio and television communications.
- 5-7 years of executive administration experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of television industry or ratings systems.
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fast paced environments with the ability to multi-task.
