Data Administrative Assistant-Remote |Ft/Pt

We are looking for anAdministrative Assistantto join our Data team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, have a solid work ethic, and ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate daily with eCommerce clients by providing customer service and support
• Assist the ecommerce data team on day-to-day administrative functions such as entering heavy sku volume into excel
• Ensure data quality and completeness of all record
• Multi-task projects simultaneously while keeping track of all deliverable and deadlines.
• Create, update and manage product catalog across wholesale accounts with emphasis on data entry and excel work

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail oriented, analytical environment
• An eye for detail, and propensity to question data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Formulation, Sorting, Charts)

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
