Job Description

Working closely with different clients in Miami, Broward, Boca Area that are in need of;


  1. HR Coordinators $55K - $75K
  2. HR Managers $75K - $90K
  3. HR Director $90K - $110K


HR Coordinator:

  • Assist with employee benefits administration and provide support for inquiries.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings and maintaining HR databases.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.

HR Manager:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers on HR matters, including performance management and employee development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

HR Director:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR practices within the organization.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
  • 2+ years of full cycle HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree
