Job Description

We are recruiting a Human Resources Director for a fast-growing asset management firm in the Tamp/St Pete area. This is a very high-profile role for a respected organization in the tech-centric investment space. We seek a dynamic and experienced candidate who excels in culture building to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping company culture, ensuring employee engagement, and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent by showcasing our company culture and values throughout the hiring process.
  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in culture building, employee engagement, and HR strategies, and recommend innovative approaches to drive positive change.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by establishing programs and policies that promote a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a sense of belonging, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culture-building strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, values, and vision.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing culture-building strategies, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to culture and employee engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR professional with a focus on culture building in a corporate, fast-paced setting
