Job Description

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the administration for the administration of the organizations health and welfare programs, ensuring they are executed within plan design and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Administration of all company health benefits programs including medical ,dental, vision, LTD and STD and HSA, in accordance with plan documents , union contracts and applicable regulations .
  • Responsible for maintaining all personnel files


Qualifications

  • 5+ years' of professional H/R experience
  • Bachelor's degree
