Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Position Overview:

Support and assist human resources to provide generalist support to assigned sites or specific responsibilities. In addition to their support responsibilities, individuals may be assigned to various human resources initiatives and project teams. This role works independently under the direction of the HR Director, providing administrative support including personnel records management, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Redirects HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
• Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provides assistance
• Maintains records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves of absence, turnover) in both paper and the HRMS database and ensure all employment and requirements are met
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures, such as performance review process.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, creating offer letters etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
• BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR (required)
