Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Be the HR Superstar: You'll excel in customer service, addressing employee queries, and promptly escalating matters when needed.
Data Wizardry: Put your tech skills to work as you handle data entry in our HRIS system and ensure all employee changes are accurately recorded.
Compliance Champion: Conduct compliance audits and recommend corrective actions, ensuring we remain on top of regulations.
Onboarding Prodigy: Master the art of onboarding administration, welcoming new hires with open arms, and making sure they're fully set up for success.
Smooth Transitions: Assist with employee terminations and handle all necessary paperwork with finesse.
Creative Policy Support: Contribute to the development and formatting of our employee handbook and policies.
Leave of Absence Guru: Play a vital role in managing leave of absence administration.
Data Insight Genius: Generate insightful reports and data from various platforms to support our internal team and clients.
Stay in the Know: Research and stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring we're always compliant.
Learning and Growth Enthusiast: Assist HRBPs with Learning and Performance Management System administration and reporting.
Team Player: Engage professionally and collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and customers, fostering excellent working relationships.
Tech Savvy: Help set up clients with new technology access and perform audits for accuracy.

Qualifications
Passion and Personality: You have a BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related area and at least 2 years of HR experience, but we also welcome relevant experience in lieu of formal education. Certifications like PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP are a plus, but not required.
Tech Whiz: You possess excellent technology and software skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Adobe Acrobat and HRIS is a bonus!
HR Know-How: You're familiar with general HR policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
Communication Pro: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you're detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your tasks.
Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
Team Player: You enjoy working independently but can also shine as part of a collaborative team, building strong relationships with diverse markets, clients, and their employees.

License and Mobility: A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with reliable transportation will be required.
