LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization with headquarters in downtown St. Louis that seeks to add an HR Recruiting Coordinator to its Human Resources team. This is a newly created position due to company growth, and our client is motivated to hire quickly!
A qualified candidate will be someone with at least one year (3 years is preferred) professional experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, ideally degreed, who can head up recruitment efforts for their workforce of just under 200 employees. It is a full time position with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week). This role has a salary range of $60K-$65K (which is paid hourly) and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with 3% match, PTO, paid holidays, ESOP participation and paid onsite parking.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting position descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and participating in employer branding
- Sourcing and recruiting for openings at multiple sites across the nation using varied methods including social media sites including LinkedIn, posting ads to major job boards, networking events, job fairs, campus relationships, and more
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, conducting orientation and planning employee training, as well as other duties/projects as needed
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but not required for a candidate possessing commensurate work experience
- At least one year of professional HR experience with focus in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
- Technically savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use HRIS/ATS systems (Paycom is a huge plus)
