Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and craft specific job descriptions that align with our agency's objectives and culture.
  • Define and identify competitive firms to actively recruit from, ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring that our recruitment strategies are always one step ahead.

Recruitment:

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with our agency's values and skill requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source potential candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights to the leadership team.
  • Work closely with department heads and senior management to define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all new hires.

Candidate Experience:

  • Collect feedback from candidates and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level positions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and its key players.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the advertising or creative industry.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms.
