Job Description
Summary
The HR-Finance Administrator will support the day-to-day activities within the Human Resources function. Some of the responsibilities will be recruiting, onboarding, events, and employee inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
  • Prepare new hire/orientation packets
  • Assist with the maintenance of personnel/training records as needed
  • Process periodic reports & associated administrative tasks-i.e., filing, communication posting etc.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and manage physical associate files
  • Coordinate hourly recruiting activities which includes communication with Temp agencies, maintain/update employee hours, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and company policies
  • Assist in coordinating various activities such as onboarding, training, events, meetings, community support, etc.
Expected Outcomes
  • Compliance requirements, filing and record keeping are up to date
  • Data in HR systems are accurate, complete, and up to date
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • 4-year degree (BS) in business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of key elements of employment laws and regulations
