Job Description

Heidi Latsky Dance is an award winning, integrated dance company that redefines beauty, working with people of all ages, sexual orientation and with disabilities.Past live performances have been hosted by the International Festival of Arts & Ideas at Yale University, The Lincoln Center, The Joyce Theater, The United Nations, The Whitney Museum and The Kennedy Center. Through innovative work that represents our diverse world, performances and education are brought to a broad audience.


HLD is seeking aCoordinatorto perform the following;

  • Assisting with logistics related to performances and other events
  • Collaboratingwith the Executive Director on individual donor management oversight
  • Maintaining organization and archiving of documents, films and photos
  • Creating monthly newsletters and other promotional material
  • Supporting staff with general tasks as needed
  • Outreach for annual HLD global 24 hour event
  • Editing and updating HLD website
  • Submittingshort films to film festivals

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of film festival submissions or highly motivated to learn the process
  • Team player
  • Demonstrated experience with Mailchimp, Squarespace & Asana
  • Available 20 hours per week (remote) with reliable internet service
  • Located in New York City
  • Proficient with Google Workspace & Zoom
  • Comfortable with outreach to a wide range of people
  • Highly organized multitasker
  • Independent self-starter within scopeof job responsibilities.

Pay: $16 per hour
