Ideal Recruiter

  • Has their own ATS/Email Marketing Software
  • Experience with 50/50 split payment structure
  • Specializes in Marketing & Creative



Duties

  • Screen candidates via phone or video call
  • Create sourcing strategy for assigned roles
  • Submit candidates with detailed write ups




Requirements

  • 3 Years experience in a recruitment agency as a recruiter
  • Proven track record of placing marketing professionals
  • 3 Years experience creating write ups or qualified candidates
  • 3 Years experience sourcing qualified candidates
  • Have own tech stack for sourcing and screening candidates
  • 3 Years experience creating sourcing strategy for job openings
