Overview

Seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, hire and onboard top talent.

The person in this role will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the business and the Human Resources team.


Campus Recruiter - Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process - giving presentations, answering questions and communicating candidate status

• Work to create an on- and off-campus recruiting strategy. Coordination of on-campus and in-house activities for schools including presentations, office visits, networking events and interviews

• Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts

• Partner with University Relations and Diversity Recruiting Teams to host COMPANY-wide events and programs

• Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and develop robust presentations to share recruiting efforts with key senior stakeholders

• Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring statistics as requested

• Track and report on applicants and analyze data throughout the process

• Coordinate the candidate review process in partnership with the business

• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

• Travel domestically 20-25% during peak campus recruiting seasons


Campus Recruiter - Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3+ years of campus recruiting or other relevant experience. Undergraduate recruiting experience is preferred

• Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail

• Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations

• Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment & Program Management

• Manage performance and evaluation processes during interviews and summer internships

• Strategic thinker and execution skills to enhance program structures and drive initiatives forward

• Flexibility for travel and to work early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
