Physician Recruiter

New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. Practice manages a freestanding outpatient Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.

In This Role You Will

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure the best fit for our practice.
• Research and participate in conferences, job fairs, and Physician Recruitment opportunity events
• Identify, source, and engage top-tier Physicians who align with NCYBS's values and mission.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified Physicians, leveraging various channels and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal executives to understand recruitment needs and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and manage outstanding communication with Physician candidates

We Require

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable transportation throughout NY/NJ
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and an understanding of the unique challenges in physician recruitment.
• A proven track record as a successful recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to source and evaluate candidates.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented culture.

Hours: Monday-Friday.

Salary up to $125,000/year based on experience. Potential for discretionary bonus.
