Recruiter

• Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them.

• Manage the strategy and execution to recruit positions across the organization
• Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, interview, and evaluating candidates through the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing Progyny

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to escalate issues that arise when necessary
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
• Demonstrated experience closing senior level candidates and negotiating offers
• Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferable with Sales hiring experience

• Ability to operate well and adapt in a fast moving environment
• Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
• Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $85,000 - $95,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
