Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and job boards.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and requirements.
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
• Source and review candidates for current open positions.
• Organize and attend hiring events and job fairs to network with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and market insights to guide recruitment decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.
