Recruiter

Edgemark Solutions, LLC is a leading property preservation company seeking a talented and motivated Remote Subcontractor Recruiter to join our team. As a Subcontractor Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting skilled subcontractors to support our property preservation projects. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary of $18 per hour. While no specific degree is required for this role, we prioritize candidates with experience in technology and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Vice President and Client Operations Director to understand subcontractor staffing needs in various states.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top subcontractor talent.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online platforms, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential subcontractors.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and compatibility with Edgemark Solutions' requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Salesforce and other recruiting software is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members remotely.
• Strong proficiency in using technology, online platforms, and social media for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or property preservation industry.
