Responsibilities:
- Proven experience interviewing, assessing, and presenting candidates / managing the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior-level hires.
- Positive attitude and persuasive selling skills to convert candidates to hires.
- Service-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and tenacity
- A high degree of comfort in communicating with mid to senior-level executives, both written and verbal
- Outstanding database and internet research skills, as well as a broad knowledge of business information sources
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.
- History of developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies
Desired Qualifications:
- Finance/ Accounting recruiting background.
- Intellectual curiosity and quick thinking; the ability to grasp new concepts.
- Exceptional collaboration skills but can also work independently and at times, without all the information needed.
- Able to effectively partner with senior leaders and proactively support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing as well as building and maintaining a strong network for pipeline recruiting.
- Business Development
- Ability to manage complex searches and fill hard-to-fill positions.
- Basic knowledge of commission structures.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; ability to present information and data in a clear, concise manner.
