HR Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Handles the benefits programs like health, and dental insurance, 401k plan, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence.
  • Payroll assistance
  • Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.
  • Employee relations
Qualifications:
