Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Administrative Assistant experience with at least 1 year experience in a Human Resources role preferred (preferably Recruiting/Talent Acquisition background, but not required). • Education: High School Diploma – Required. College Degree (preferred), not required. • Does well in a high volume environment - Will be supporting the internal University Relations team of 3 - On-boarding approx. 500 US Interns Fall- thru summer 2023. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills –
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment- excellent collaboration skills. • Manage changing priorities. Must be able to prioritize and stay organized! Must be a self-starter – Self-managed • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required. • Technology capable/Tech savvy – Human Capitol Management, Applicant Tracking System, and/or Workday experience. Also, SharePoint (desired) or other file sharing technology
• This is an estimated 1 year project and manager is looking for candidate that will commit to the long term project ramping up for Fall and Summer Intern support. • About you – You are a self-managed, professional, flexible and adaptable, team-player! You are however firm and stand your ground; you are not afraid to push back if needed. • ASAP Start – Please ensure candidates are available to start ASAP upon clearing background screening • 1 year position to start w/ possible extension • Full time role/40 hours per week - Hours are flexible- ideally 8-830 until 5-530 flexible • Currently hybrid in Charlotte, NC, West Point, PA or Kenilworth, NJ or in commutable distance - Go into office for 1 day, home 4 days – Position will start remote. Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work remotely

The Client Global Talent Acquisitions University Relations Team is looking for a University Relations Coordinator to assist with the following responsibilities. These responsibilities will give you exciting opportunities to: • Manage a shared mailbox queue with shared documents • Primary support for University Relations team • Follow up on shared emails • Triggering and tracking offer letters • Scrubbing requisitions/assigning to recruiters • Triggering background screening process • Assist with conducting Compliance audits as needed as well as processing Global Background Check results for Intern candidates. • Performs other recruitment-related duties, as assigned and necessary. • Participates in project teams and team meetings as dictated by business need (e.g., project initiatives/sub-teams, capacity planning, etc.)
