Job Description

The Bachrach Group has partnered with one of the most prominent architectural-design firms in the U.S. on their search for a HUMAN RESOURCES / TALENT MANAGER.

This role works collaboratively with senior leaders to drive all HR initiatives for the entire region including strategies to support the talent needs of the organization while enhancing every aspect of the employee experience. 3 to 4 days onsite located in Atlanta (30309 ZIP).


Additional job duties and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Design and roll out of various HR strategies and projects.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience.
  • Lead, support and mentor 1 direct report.
  • Talent acquisition, on- and offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, succession and career planning, performance management, talent engagement, training and development.
  • Must have background within an architectural / design / engineering firm.


Salary range is $100,000 to $115,000 DOE.
