Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.
- Manage and deliver flawless on-boarding process including communication with new hire, completion of all necessary documents in HRIS, benefits enrollment, process background check and other compliance requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews for candidates when needed.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the company.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions which may include proactive networking, database mining, sourcing on industry or educational specific websites, as well as identifying new sourcing channels.
- Act as liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers/directors to fill temporary to permanent hire roles, while ensuring constant contact and communication.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Consult and collaborate with managers/directors to identify and understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Compose detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Track all permanent job postings through job boards and screen resumes to send to hiring manager. For difficult positions, assist with interviewing prospective candidates.
- Collect and analyze data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
- Maintain HRIS personnel records and compiles reports from the system as needed.
- Develop new modules, process improvements, content and communications as needed.
- Assist with maintenance of all HR processes and documentation on HRIS system.
- Stay current on all system enhancements and releases.
- Process employment verifications based on company policy.
- Back-up for:
- Ensure completion of performance reviews and performance conversations for all employees monthly.
- Assist with project management activities/meetings.
- Handle worker's compensation incidents and communication with affected employee.
- Assist in preparing communication, such as poster, flyers and documents for all locations.
- Manage employee online Harassment and Discrimination training, as well as compliance acknowledgements to be signed off by employees throughout the year.
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Responsible for employee recognition/anniversary program and preparing all necessary materials, such as envelopes and letters to send out to the managers at the beginning of each month.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Director and Senior Human Resources Generalist.
- Create all separation documents for terminating employees and ensure all separation transactions are performed timely.
- Assist with monthly auditing and cross-check invoices for all benefits companies and vendors to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all new hire benefit enrollments and employee benefit changes are completed timely.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers/directors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist with coordination of annual open enrollment.
- Requires an Associate's degree in Human Resources or another related field.
- Demonstrated fluency with social media and job boards, particularly in researching and recruiting candidates through channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc.
- Highly proficient with HRIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and ability to learn new technology platforms.
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on diplomacy in dealing with sensitive employee issues and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exemplary organization, communication, project, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Must travel to all company locations when needed.
- Exhibit sound analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
- Two to four years of HR Generalist experience with at least two years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Solid working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, state and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS required, preferably UKG Ready/Kronos.
