Overview:
Pay Range (USD): $57,731.65 - $86,597.48 Additional Compensation: Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program. Benefits: Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k plan and are eligible for the Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution. In addition to the benefits discussed above, the company offers the following voluntary benefits: Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Identify Theft Protection, Enhanced Legal Services, Auto and Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Commuter Benefits, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Educational Assistance. PTO, Holiday, and Family Leave: Employees will receive 11 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
This position will perform a variety of activities in support of the HR department and assist the General Manager with duties as assigned. Also, providing general office duties and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties:
Major Position Responsibilities: - Set up, coordinates, and as required, provides administrative assistance and support to key group/senior management customer meetings and events.
- Coordinates company events and activities.
- Maintains current and former employee personnel files and ensures accuracy of information contained therein.
- Plans and administers the employment function including job postings, recruiting, applicant tracking (in accordance with AAP/EEO requirements), routing resumes, pre-screening candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews, selection, offer, pre- and post-hire screenings, onboarding, orientation, training and associated recordkeeping.
- Administers assigned human resources projects such as maintaining integrity of data on HR website, employee activities, compensation, research, and training.
- These tasks include customer interface, external business-related contacts and employee interface.
- Processes, coordinates and maintains accurate administrative records.
- Handles company-limited and sensitive information as required, professionally and discreetly.
- Assists the management staff in carrying out special projects, as assigned.
- High degree of integrity (i.e., maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, ensure integrity of HR and personnel data/files, etc.).
- Able to perform independently without direction, guidance, prompting or checking. Utilizes sound judgment in resolving administrative issues, conflicts and priorities.
- Presents a neat professional appearance, establish and maintain good work habits, and be regular in attendance, punctual in work hours, professional in attitude and demeanor and productive in work output.
- Able to receive instructions and work from several individuals and carry out assignments in a timely and effective manner.
- Able to convey instructions to others clearly and understandably while motivating their actions.
- Inherently capable and professional when interfacing with all levels of company, customer and other personnel. Routinely demonstrates diplomacy, discretion and pleasant manners.
- Task-oriented, with ability to efficiently multi-task, plan and complete assignments on time.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced atmosphere, with exceptional attention-to-detail and accuracy.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
