Job Description
Access Systems is seeking an enthusiastic professional seeking an exciting career opportunity within a rapidly growing Waukee-based technology company, one of Iowa's Top Workplaces! This unique opportunity has a diverse range of customer service-related duties via outbound phone and email support. It will soon be in our state-of-the-art campus in Waukee!
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support by email or phone to repair basic program issues.
  • Follow up on and maintain detailed service call notes.
  • Active in all aspects of customer service & providing timely resolution to issues.
  • All training is provided for this position. Basic computer knowledge only required.
  • Help drive the Access Systems culture through high values and customer service standards.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written communication.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to "think on feet" when dealing with customers.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office, and typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Pleasant telephone manners and proper phone etiquette.
