Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Tubular Products- Madison is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator, with be part of the NTP HR Team, and will be located at the NTP-Madison site. This position will be responsible for all human resources related functions of Nucor Tubular Products Madison.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR related functions, including all benefit administration; leave of absence in compliance with Nucor, federal, and state regulations; organizing and communicating teammate training opportunities, employment-related programs including events and outreach efforts; assisting with compliance training and preparation of required reports while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; preparing teammate communications and notices concerning HR functions; maintain teammate data in the HRIS system; traveling to other sites as needed; and performing other HR duties in assistance of the whole NTP HR Team. The successful candidate will be aligned with, and support, the vision of the product group, and conducting themselves in a manner that is consistent with Nucor's Mission and Culture
