Virtua is proud to be working with an internationally known fashion apparel brand with years of impressive heritage to assist them with their search for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will report directly to the Human Resources Director.

The role will lead the recruitment and hiring process team. Their role involves developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry. Some of the key responsibilities of a Director of Talent Acquisition for fashion include:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies alongside senior management, to continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market condition, existing employee availability, and current/future needs.

• Ensure recruiting needs are met whilst maintaining hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through reviews with the business.

• Managing and assisting with the development of the Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as the overall development of the Talent team.

• Guide hiring managers and provide professional and expert consultation with regard to the hiring process and the market for Talent.

• Lead special projects and recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in recruitment processes.

• Build a recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that creates candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the recruiting process.

• Develop and maintain reporting that highlights metrics to measure against business hiring goals and overall team performance (i.e. using data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes.

• Implement a sourcing strategy using a combination of networking, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of recruitment experience.

• Experience within a fashion/apparel/athleisure brand is idyllic.

• Experience of working at a senior recruitment level within a fast-paced business.
