Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. This position is located in our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid position, with 2 days in office.
Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the internal Talent Acquisition team in various recruiting tasks in the full lifecycle recruitment process that will contribute to the Company’s growth and talent placement and development. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in collaboration with the extended HR team and hiring managers to fulfill the hiring needs of Haymarket Media and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process department invoices
- Assisting with DEI strategy and working with the committee to recruit and engage diverse and qualified talent
- Maintaining recruitment trackers with candidate pipeline, interview status, outcomes, and feedback
- Scheduling interviews for HR, hiring managers and subsequent rounds of interviews until offer stage
- Coordinating the internal process including paperwork approval workflow for job requisitions
- Monitor the Company ATS system and scheduling interviews for candidates qualified for the interview process
- Posting jobs to Applicant Tracking System, Linkedin, various professional platforms, job sites, associations, etc.
- Conducting Professional References
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Participate in other projects as needed/assigned
- Creating offer letters and ensuring new hire documents are prepared for onboarding
- Assisting the sourcing of candidates and providing recommendations to improve recruitment strategies
- Supporting all aspects of the recruiting process including interview scheduling for in-person and/or virtual interviews, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changes for full-time, part-time and internship candidates
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- A highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, and collaborative individual
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, and/or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- 1-2 years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple on-going recruitment workstreams; work independently
- Project management skills a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, familiarity with ATS and Google Calendar
