: Talent Acquisition Specialist for ABA Company with Rapid Growth

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in ABA or healthcare recruiting to join our rapidly growing multi-state Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, and initiatives to support our expanding workforce across multiple states. You will work directly with our HR team to recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates, ensuring our company's growth objectives and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applicant screenings and interviews
• Collect data to analyze trends and troubleshoot areas in need
• Identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events
• Source applicants through a variety of channels.
• Assess candidate's resumes and portfolios to determine whether they are suitable
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to keep up with industry trends
• Experience with Central Reach software (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards to network and source candidates
• Prior Talent Acquisition experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in ABA
