Role: Internal TA – Recruitment Agency (Tech, Life Sciences, and Healthcare, Banking, and Finance, Legal)

Salary: 75k-90k (Dependent on experience)

FIFTEEN WEST is partnering with a fantastic international recruitment agency specializing in Banking and Finance, Legal, Tech, Life Sciences and Healthcare with 5 offices internationally including London, LA, NY, Austin, and Sydney. They are currently looking for an internal talent acquisition specialist to be a key player in the growth of the business.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Location: You should be based in either New York City or Austin and be able to commute to the office three times a week. This requirement ensures that you can collaborate effectively with the team and participate in face-to-face interactions as needed.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience: You should have at least three years of experience in recruiting, either internally or for a staffing agency. This experience will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
