Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management.
  • Be the face of the company's US presence, you will work with the business' other country talent acquisition leads to contribute to the overall growth strategy
  • Utilize your talent acquisition experience to drive success in a competitive tech recruitment market.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and candidates. Grow your influence across the US.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the tech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven talent acquisition experience in the recruitment market is essential.
  • Motivated by a highly rewarding commission structure that rivals any other recruiter's earnings.
  • Open to candidates at various career levels due to the challenging market.
