The Manager Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement will report into the Sr. Director Talent Acquisition and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team at Moet Hennessy USA , with a focus on collaborating with all functions of HR, including IDE, to help build the Talent Acquisition Strategy for Early Career Professionals.
  • Lead and manage all campus recruiting efforts for the Internship and Management Training programs (Pathways), in addition to owning a requisition workload
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, hiring managers, interviewers, key universities, and student and diversity groups
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and recruiting leads to develop recruiting strategy, hiring targets, school outreach strategy and timelines, and effectively execute plans to reach hiring and program goals
  • Manage key aspects of the campus programs by building out program content, coordinating event logistics, facilitating day-of operations, and managing internal and external communications
  • Manage ad hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team and the Technology team to help plan for an impactful onboarding experience
  • Oversee candidate and interview experience from candidate communications, interview logistics, debriefing with interviewers, generating offer letters, and onboarding candidates
  • Oversee the campus recruiting activities and strategy including on-campus/virtual events, career fairs, on-campus interviews, managing event materials, equipment, and swag.
  • Leverage data and trends to improve recruiting decisions and strategic tactics
Education:
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
Professional experience & know how:
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
  • Ability to travel to campus recruiting events and offices as needed
  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruiting
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quick-turn work environment while demonstrating good judgment and professionalism under pressure
  • A high level of ethics, integrity, respect for others, and confidentiality
  • Strong sense of urgency and adaptability; Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Handshake, CRM’s and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, especially in reporting and tracking
Salary range is $90K-$105K
