About Our Client
Leading global insurance company with a growing US function. Offers fully remote option for those located in the Northeast!

  • Manage a team of talent professionals in the US
  • Assist in the executive recruitment function
  • Must have experience building out diversity strategies and functions
  • Increase candidate quality through strategic ideas and operations
  • Determine key diversity targets and define strategies to accomplish goals
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders and C-Suite
  • Build out, implement, and operationalize talent acquisition strategy on a global scale
  • Help improve and bring awareness to external company brand
  • Understand both US and UK talent markets to ensure efficient and effective outcomes

The Successful Applicant
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 10+ YOE in talent acquisition with focus on talent strategy
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in the financial or professional services sectors
  • UK and US talent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be located in the NE region
  • Ability to critically and strategically think
